Use of website: This website is owned and operated by Charlie Neilens as The Coeliac Chef.

By continuing to use this website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. All enquiries should be directed to charlie@thecoeliacchef.org  

The Coeliac Chef reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Access to all resources on the website is via the Members area, which is through signing up to the website. 

Services and Bookings: Services include the resources available on this website such as recipes, directories of approved venues, approved supplier lists, training, workshops, advice and consultancy for caterers, and allergy auditing. All online materials are freely available to signed up members of The Coeliac Chef. All Training, Workshops, Auditing, Advice and Consultancy and related documentation must be booked by contacting The Coeliac Chef via the website contact us page, by email or by telephone. Services may be booked between 10 days and 3 months prior to the date of the event. When a booking is made there is a 50% deposit required.

Payments, Charges and Renewals: When the booking is made and the 50% deposit paid, the remainder of the payment is due within 5 working days of provision of the service booked. Payment is accepted via BACS or secure link upon request. Prices for services are upon request and are variable according to the service required and the size of business, number of participants in training sessions and workshops, and distance travelled. There is no charge for access to website resources. All businesses listed on The Coeliac Chef website will be subject to annual audit to renew their listing and use of the website. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing charlie@thecoeliacchef.org  

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of making the booking will be subject to a cancellation fee of £25.00 thereafter, cancellation must be no less than 8 days before the event, at which time there will be no refund. Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing by emailing charlie@thecoeliacchef.org  

The Coeliac Chef reserves the right to cancel any event should there be insufficient attendees to carry out the event, in such cases a refund will be made for the price of the event, or the event may be rescheduled for a future date. If an event is rescheduled, the opportunity will be offered for attendees to either, attend the rescheduled event, or receive a full refund. Refunds will not be made for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

We accept no liability for any damage to your equipment, business, or health, howsoever caused. Consumers are responsible to check that information given by any supplier or venue is accurate at the time of service. The Coeliac Chef does not offer medical advice. 

Complaints procedure: Please direct any complaints to charlie@thecoeliacchef.org We will investigate all complaints thoroughly , and endeavour to resolve the matter within 28 days of the complaint being raised.
